Welcome to Go Go Gaia!

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern your use of the Go Go Gaia application and web platform (collectively, the “App”), operated by Holland Neurotech Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering, accessing, or using our App, you agree to abide by these T&C. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. General Use

Go Go Gaia is provided to help users track health-related data and receive personalized insights. The information and suggestions provided in the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information and health data you provide to Go Go Gaia — including data read from Apple HealthKit with your permission — will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. AI-Powered Features and Insights

Go Go Gaia offers optional AI-powered features (Delphi AI) that analyze your health data to provide personalized insights. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

3.1 Voluntary Use

AI features are entirely optional. You may choose to enable or disable these features at any time through your app settings.

3.2 Data Processing

When you use AI features, your health data is processed by Google Gemini via Google Cloud Vertex AI, under a contractual data processing agreement with Google Cloud that prohibits Google from using your data for any purpose other than generating your result. We do not attach your name or email to data sent for AI processing.

Separately from generating your insights, and only if you opt in, we may also use your data to train and improve Gaia's own AI models. This is optional, off by default, and described in full in our Privacy Policy and AI Insights Terms.

3.3 Vision Analysis

The App offers optional photo analysis features for meals, lab results, and body composition. When you use these features:

  • Your explicit consent is required and logged before any image is processed
  • Images are analyzed by Google Gemini for health-relevant information
  • You can withdraw consent at any time

3.4 No Medical Advice

AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI insights should not replace professional medical consultation
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI insights
  • Go Go Gaia and its developers disclaim any liability for health outcomes related to AI feature usage

3.5 Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide helpful insights, AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. You use these features at your own risk and should verify any important information with qualified healthcare providers.

3.6 Consent and Withdrawal

Your consent to use AI features is logged in our system with timestamp and policy version. You can withdraw consent at any time through settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal prevents future AI processing but does not delete previously generated insights unless you specifically request deletion.

4. Professional Platform

Go Go Gaia includes a professional platform that allows healthcare providers (nutritionists, trainers, therapists, physicians) to connect with users and access self-reported health data.

4.1 User Controls

  • You choose which professionals to connect with
  • You select which data categories to share (fitness, nutrition, sleep, vitals, cycle, mental wellness, health scores)
  • You can pause or revoke data sharing at any time; revocation is immediate
  • Every professional data access is logged and visible to you in Settings > Sharing > Access Log

4.2 Professional Obligations

Healthcare professionals using the platform agree to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws in their jurisdiction. Professional access is logged and auditable, and users can revoke professional sharing at any time.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access & Export: Export all your data in JSON format via Settings > Download My Data
  • Correction: Edit your data directly within the app, or request corrections through our Privacy Contact
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data via Settings > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible, completed within 30 days
  • Data Portability: Your exported data is in machine-readable JSON format
  • Restriction: Control data sharing per-category for each connected professional

6. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this app
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account
  • You agree not to misuse the app in any way, including unauthorized access, modifying the app, or using the app for illegal purposes
  • You agree not to enter other individuals' health data without their explicit consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Go Go Gaia and its developers are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or outcomes that result from your use of the app. You acknowledge that health-related data is sensitive and may not always reflect accurate conditions. We disclaim any liability for damages resulting from the use of this app.

8. Modifications

Go Go Gaia reserves the right to update or modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the app following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree that we may contact you via email for service-related communications including:

  • Account confirmation and verification
  • Password reset and security alerts
  • Service updates, maintenance notifications, and security patches
  • Compliance with legal requirements

These are essential service communications, not promotional. To stop receiving them, you must delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Applicable privacy and data protection laws in your jurisdiction may also apply to the handling of your information.
